What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? The bond is in Iowa, I live in Colorado. The person was re-arrested and the bond for his first case is going to be revoked. I was the co-signer and put up my house as collateral. He is in custody so the state of Iowa has him. My question, will my house be put into foreclosure because of the revoked bond, it was for 10,000 dollars. Also, if it is put into foreclosure, can I file for bankruptcy to keep my home?
