What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Received notice from US BK court, Notice Chap 7 case closed WITHOUT discharge debtor did not file Official Form 23, Debtor's Cert. of Completion of Instructional course..Personal management. We did take the course but our attorney did not notify us of any form to return. Our attorney does not return our calls, moved location with no forwarding address? Now what? How much is this going to cost us now?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Did you inform your attorney that you'd taken the course? You should have received a certificate (even one which is printable)....did you?

Yes

Yes... we both took the course & both received separate certificates, sent them to our attorney. We were never told we were suppose to file anything with the courts.

I'd suggest you call your bk court clerk and tell them your situation and see if they can help.
If you have completed the courses, all you'd likely need do is motion to reopen for the purpose of submitting the certficates.
