I have to do a modification on my chapter 13. I pay 100% now, but I got divorced, and a friend of mine moved in with me. No shared accounts or anything and I don't charge him rent, but my lawyer said I have to include HIS pay also is this true. Can't find information about it anywhere. Thanks
