relief of stay question (REWORDED)
What is the name of your state? CO
does the relief just expire and a creditor can attempt a repossesion after the discharge? The creditor claims it is a secured item. (water fixtures on a farm/residence) although no contract was signed stating it as being secured. It would cost well more to sue and perfect a lien by judgement, add in the costs to remove it than the resale value would be though this creditor may be relentless due to spite. (they have spent many thousands trying to collect this in atty fees already) I know it cannot be repossed w/o trespass issues for them. any suggestions or advice please.
