What is the name of your state? Oklahoma. Bought 2001 car at 15%, told best can do. Next day another dealer said contract not binding for 3 days, could buy 2002 at 5%. Questioned at lenght about legailities, assured were correct. Told to stop payment on hold check 1st dealer holding in exchange for credit card payment. 1st dealer now threatening fraud charges, returned 2001 car will appear as a repossesion on credit record. Ideas?

the question is... was the financing complete on the first car? if it wasn't there can be no repossesion.
