I purchased a computer thru an infomercial. My credit card has been charged, the goods were never received and the company has filed Chapter 11 in US Bankruptcy court of Pennsylvania. What are my rights? What do I need to do to get my money back?

My response:

The only thing you can do is file a "Creditor Claim" in the Bankruptcy court. You may get anywhere from nothing, to perhaps, if you're lucky, pennies on the dollar.
