What is the name of your state? CT and NY

I've had a nightmare deal with a car dealer in White Plains, NY - they've given me the run around, they installed an aftermarket sunroof in my car when I specifically said Factory or nothing...they promised it would be factory. They damaged the interior of the car while installing the sunroof.

Finances are insane. They sales taxed my trade in which is illegal from what I"m told, they also put me on the wrong time plan.
I got a phone call today, that my financing agreement has been held up. They forgot to have me sign one last key piece of paperwork and the financing can't go further until I sign a contract stating that they are my lienholder.

If I don't sign this paperwork, the loan doesn't go forward and falls through. Does that mean that I can return the car due to financial rejection, and get my old car back, or atleast the cash for it - and return this new vehicle? I've only had the car a week.

Thanks for any help.
