What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
Question:
1) How and where to file a complaint against officials working and ruling (meaning deciding) on consumer complaint’s cases the Kansas Consumer Protection Board receive?

2) How and where to file a Complaint against officials of the Kansas Insurance Department who work and rule on insurance complaints brought to them by consumers?

In fact,there is reasonable belief that those officials in question 1 and 2 above are intentionally making wrongful decision on cases, and in favor of Agencies and Insurance Companies , and to the detriment of the Complainant (which is the Consumer or Customer).
