I purchased a motorcycle from a dealership on 9/10/03
the recieved a recall notice that requires major frame repair.
They knew about this before they sold me the bike, but did not disclose this info.
I am not comfortable with them repairing this major issue, it is to dangerous for my wife, child and I to risk that type of issue.
I would like to exchange the bike for another type of bike at their dealership.
Am I bound by contract to keep the bike and get it fixed if they did not disclose this info before the sale?

Please help!!
