On a forum for a vehicle modification for a game, the user's are debating the legality of another community using the model and re-making the texture. Now, the other community has not released this mod to the public, and is kept inside for a group of community user's only but, the community the Creator is part of is claiming they HAVE to release it and HAVE to credit it ect. I was just wondering wouldn't such modifications cause the model to fall under the Fair Use Clause? and since they arent releasing do they really have to credit it?
