What is the name of your state? We're based in the UK, but have been served a 'Cease and Desist' notice by a Massachusetts
company.
We are a small new Search Engine and have been ordered by a large corporate one with a similar name to stop using it or face legal action.
We are very small with no ability to afford legal representation, and so do not know what to do.
i would very much like to get some help here on these forums, but I don't know the implications of giving the details, i.e. telling the names etc
please advice if i can seek advice here without ending up being sued again
