I live in a small town in Louisiana. My question is I just found out that I have been exposed to asbestos while seeing a doctor. The owner was very much aware of the potential danger and failed to notify his patients or his staff and even went as far as hiring a non licensed professional to cut and remove an asbestos roof during normal business hours and disposed of the asbestos improperly. I have severe asthma and copd. Do I need to contact a lawyer concerning the possibility of my inhaling some of these dangerous contaminants.
