In Iowa, How does a person verify if he/she has any judgments against him/her? Is there a state website that would validate this inquiry?

It seems that that part of Iowa Courts Online is subscription only.

I would bet that all of the state's clerks would be subscriber and that any of them may be able to look that up for you.

THey may well be willing to either over the phone or in person to provide the information without you telling them your name. Just ask for 5 or 6 names one of which is you.

I can't see anyplace on that site that shows outstanding judgments of the nature the OP is asking for.

I don't understand your position on this. An inquiry at the clerk isn't going to trigger any notifications to the judgment creditor.
