Court order; 15 days to decide/agree on how to pick up properties that have been divided. 60 days to get it done. What if other party refuses to make agreement and take possession of property won in divorce?

We only deal with U.S. law...so if you are in the states you must provide the name of the state.

You are jumping the gun in assuming that people won't pick up property that they were awarded in a divorce. If the 60 days passes without the property being picked up THEN come back and ask questions. However, I will tell you that it won't suddenly become yours if the other party fails to pick up in 60 days.

Well a carefully worded order might just say your rights to it expire on day 60.... what's the order say?
