Just wondering if there is a time limit for post separation support. My husband and his ex have been separated for over two years , divorced for over a year. When she found out in Nov. he was filing for child support (we have temp. custody of his two children) she filed for post separation support because she didn't want to have to pay the CS. Anyway -she found out she would only pay $50 per month CS. We havent' heard anything about the post sep. motion since then. Well, we figure it may come up again soon because her CS is going up May 1st to $170 per month and she WILL NOT be happy and will try to get money out him to offset this amount if possible. Can she do this after all that time ?? Thanks for your help !!
