my boyfriend has a permanant 209a against him and his ex is
harrassing him with it . now she claims he had contact through a 3rd party.a conversation with his daughters teacher who is also a friend, and he said how much he missed her and loved her, the teacher told his daughter which caused the mother to file a violation of the order, what should he expect to happen?

I don't think contact with the teacher, who happens to be a friend, is bad or a violation.
