My friend lived with his friend and girfriend. A room was rented from them on the same floor. In May 2000 they alledge he stole their car and cut the phone wires. In Vt he was caught with the car in an attempted suicide. Served 9 months. Upon returning to Ma he recalled the larcency of motor vehicle and malicious destruction. Three days later a 209 a was served. He came to Ma in Oct for a treatment facility that is 9 months. He has not had contact with the party since 2000.
