I'm in Tn an in process of Evicting 2 Tennant an have been threatened a bit an wanted to know which Order I am to file an the process an procedure.
Would it be Restraining Order or Order of Protection?
Any additional info is appreciated.

Just want to understand how it works.

You want an order of protection but you need to understand that if you make contact it, other than for a very few reasons, will effectively invalidate the order. From the point of filing for the order on you need to make certain the only contact is for the legal issue of the eviction. It would be best to have any direct contact, if necessary, be through a third party or even better, a hired process server.

Elsewhere you post some / everyone is leaving Monday ? ALso a promise to lease by tenant has legal strength of wet toilet paper ...be careful !
