If a person has five felonies (possession, distribution, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, and assaulting and officer. second time being caught with marijuana) and they are 17 in Missouri, what are they chances they have of getting fines and not having to serve time?

Your chances of only having to pay fines is very, very, very low. I suggest you get your affairs in order.

My guess is that you will be tried as an adult for those crimes.

Hope you have a good lawyer.
