NO WHERE IN MASSACHUSETTS LAW does it state mom automatically gets custody. NO WHERE! That is fact. I can back that up. As a matter of fact there is a LEGAL PRESUMPTION that both parents face the court equally. Unless you can PROVE a bias and PROVE that moms are ONLY getting custody because they have the "correct" chromosone, it is time for you to quit spouting the bs.
