What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Dallas Texas

I have several warrants and unfortunately, my Texas state ID is due to expire within the next 30 days. Is it possible to be arrested when I go to apply for a new ID? ANY help regarding this subject would be much appreciated!

Yes it is possible and likely that they will arrest you. I don't know what advice there is to give. Either turn yourself in or live with the possibility of arrest at any time.
