What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca

I had forgotten to mention something. Well during my tenure at my last job I was rapidity called fag, homo n such. Now can I sue for having bisexual tendicies even though no one at my job knew about it?

First, you asked about racial discrimination. That evidently was a "no-go".

Now, you're trying sexual discrimination?

What's next?

No nothing next I just didn't reveal that to the forum just yet. O and the racial discrimination is still a go. I meet with an attorney tomorrow afternoon

The point is that you can't sue people for discriminating against you if it was for a trait that they didn't know.

National Origin is, for instance, a protected trait. Let's say I am Irish. Born on the Emerald Isle.

Around St. Patty's Day, everyone pretends they are a drunken Irishman... or, worse, they say that all people born in Ireland have a potato addiction.

Were they violating my rights? They don't KNOW I am from Ireland.... therefore, they were insensitive but not illegally discriminatory.

Were these terms used exclusively towards you or to anyone?

Curious as to how much this attorney wanted upfront...cos I guarantee you, s/he ain't doing this on contingency ;)
Actually my attorney didn't charge me a dime up front.. In other words it is a CONTINGENCY basis. :) so why would you think my attorney would charge me up front

Unlike us, the attorney wants to get paid for talking to you.
