And if you keep on like this, you will find yourself reported. Which may well end your tenure here.
So it is ok for other members to harass me even though i made very clear i did not want their insults or non helpful bias advice? They can be rude to me over and over but i dont have the right to say anything in return?

The vice presidents exact words were, "we charge this monthly payment in order to teach our students about financial responsibility and every cent is put towards your loans."
yet none of it has been put towards them!
if it was to be put towards your loans and wasn't, then you likely have a cause of action for the $100 per month X the number of months you attended.

If there was no paperwork on this at all, how did you know to pay it? and to whom?

I would suggest asking the bursar to show you where this money is described in your contracts and to show you an accounting of your specific account to show you where it was applied.

I did, I asked them for every paper the school had with my signature on it, as well as the papers showing how much money i have paid with that payment and where it went to. They gave me all the papers, but nothing about the monthly payment.
And my need for wanting to know about the legality of this is, if this money is being taken from students wrongfully and it is what caused me to have to quit school, it is also what has wasted a year and half of my life and money. If I were to take this to court, I would think I would be able to show that this "payment" directly affected my life in a negative way, caused me to be banned from school, and put me $30,000 in debt for something that should have been avoidable! Correct?

Sorry, i did not answer the whole question.
I paid it to a lady there at the school, my roommates parents actually paid my first 3 months by calling in their credit card to them.
She would come around and hand us a printout saying how much we owed and we would go in the office and pay her.
I have all the receipts and they even gave me printed copys of those receipts. But still, nothing was signed agreeing to pay that payment and no clue where it is going to.

Dollars to donuts you sue them and they come up with the exact piece of paper with your signature on it where you agreed to the payment. I mean, you just give someone $100/mo., never really questioned it, just gave them the money. Chances are you just weren't reading what you were busy signing....

Not to mention that you created an estoppel when you continued to pay it.

Then you'll have no case and no little certificate.

Thank you for the advice....I already thought about that. But I thought that if I ask for ALL paperwork the school is obligated to provide that to me, I was told that if I bring a witness when I ask and when I receive the papers and it is not in there, then they could not submit it later and claim they misplaced it or something.

And also, this debt likely won't be dischargeable in bankruptcy.

It's not that you have no right to respond, it's how you word your response. You have been rude and vulgar, and that is not okay according to the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you registered here. Seriously - clean it up or leave.

Wait - have you paid THEM back? Or, since you didn't have a paper with them, you figured you didn't have to?

Who told you that? Not an attorney, per chance?

And i paid it out of ignorance. I did not know what it was and did not know that my student loans were suppose to cover all my exspenses... they charged a set $473 every 10 weeks just for books (my last books, if i were to buy them brand new only would have cost $115) and they just took that out of my loans, as well as a graduation fee and a lab fee every 10 weeks.
So they took everything they legally could out then charge an extra $100? Also if you think about it, that $100 payment should not matter at all to them, it is going to pay my loans back! Not them....so one would think that this could be turned into a Federal issue, being that they are keeping me from paying my loans back by trying to charge me for them before they are due!

Actually yes it was, when this first started my moms friend who is an attorney spoke with me about this. He is the one who told me to ask for all the papers and proof of where the money is going. He also told me to try to get them to email me saying stuff I can use against them.
Which I did! Then after i threatened hiring a lawyer, the two people who I had issues with are no longer with them! Seems like they are trying to cover their tracks! Why fire 2 people unless i was on to something?
Anyways, the way he explained it, it would be like having a bloody knife in a murder investigation and not bringing it to attention until the last second. It is illegal to knowingly withhold evidence! So all I would have to do is prove that they either have it or dont have it, either way they cant use it or it will be dismissed.
