What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
My ex just got 3 supervised visits from the judge. I want the supervised visits to be supervised by my mother. The judge state it had to be someone we both trusted and agree on and now my ex is not agreeing with this and wants someone else to supervise. Can I be in contempt if we both can't agree on someone? Since he also needs to agree and is not?
