But here's the thing, my son's father never lived in this house. In fact we have never been together sense my son has been born. (I found out I was pregnant after we broke up) He does not have a key to my home. I used to leave the back door open to my house all the time because I live in a very small town and on a quiet street. But as I said I do lock the doors now. Also my 3 year old did not let him in, he's 3 and I know it was dad's idea. Also I know my son and I know he did not make this up. He told me in detail and he told me he and his father "looked for me in every room". My son's father KNEW I was at work, he usually takes my son to the park or somewhere else until 4pm. There has been no agreement for them to wait or go into my house. The thing I didn't stress enough is that my son's father is very bitter. As far as what do I have to hide? Well I don't have much, but for a period of time while I was going through the court battle and well I am a single mom who works a full time job and has a 3 year old. My house is not always perfect, sometimes I leave the toys on the floor and I don't always get to the dishes or laundry. I try, but it is hard balance work, house and child. The house is the first to go sense the other two are not an option. What my question was...if he came in and took photos of my house being messy can he use those photos against me in court to make me look bad? Especially when he was not permitted in my house. Yes this all sounds paranoid but you don't know my son's father and I do not trust him...obviously he was snooping in my house for one.
