What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My ex has been bothering my grandma and mom for days now. My mom is at work and he is constantly texting and calling her and she has finallly had to press charges. Now I tried calling, he won't answer so I called his "wife" at her work asking that he get a hold of me (i believe the number he is using is really hers ex. she's always answering it and i have been told by many it's really her phone) long story short we got into an argument bc she is NOTHING to my son and told her my ex can forget about his visit sunday and we can just go back to court bc of her. I made a police report and pressed charges against her as well for the argument. How can I make sure the judge knows about what his wife did. My mom plans on writing the judge a letter stating she doesn't like being bothered when she's at work and i have many statements stating that my son doesn't like his "wife" and refuses to go with him bc of her. How many statements does the judge need?
Just stop already.

You're just jealous of his WIFE.

*flips hair*

LOTS of old, dried-up, rejected "women" are jealous of the WIFE.

:p

Yes, you're jealous of her.

And you're on your way to losing custody.

Hopefully.

Sure, "mom."

No reason to be burning-up-jealous of Dad's WIFE.
