Mom's too embarrassed by her past liaisons to post relatively anonymously on the interwebz, but is willing to air her dirty laundry in court in order to attempt to get custody of a child that's already been determined to be best-served by living with the man whom she allowed to believe he was the father of said child?

And I don't see what the month of December has anything to do with this? It's probably one of your old middle school tactics to avoid confrontation in a stressful situation where you're OBVIOUSLY in the wrong, as an attempt to confuse the opposing party. I know plenty and was simply gathering information in the form of providing a scinerio so that I can take the information gathered and present the possibility to someone who actually knows what they are talking about because I know that there are very few lawyers willing to get down and dig through the muck for a client without a big chunk of change ....or have you forgotten how to accumulate information because its been so pong since you have researched anything....
