I´m creating a mobile phone application and I´m considering a name I really like for it but I´m not sure if I can use it because the name includes a trademark name as a part of it.
This is not the actual name but it works perfectly as an example: The A Team of Medicine.
"The A Team" was a popular 80s TV series and the reference in my name is directly linked to it. Can I name my mobile application "The A Team of Medicine" or the series producers will sue me right away? The application will be sold in the Apple Store. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

First, I suspect Apple won't allow it due to the issue. It is quite possible your use is infringing since you are actually using "The A Team" in actual reference to THE A Team of television fame. Whether the owners of the name would protest would be solely up to them.
