What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I live in Washington and my license is a Washington license. I recently got a DUI in Oregon. What are my options? I have a license suspension, but don't know if that is for both Oregon and Washington? Also, can I apply for a hardship permit to drive to work? If I can, would I need to apply with Oregon or Washington? Would I be able to drive in both states if I get the hardship?

Oregon can only suspend your Oregon driving privs. You may not drive in Oregon.
Eventually, Washington will hear of your Oregon conviction and send you notice of your suspension there. At which point you can't drive anywhere.
You can at the Washington state suspension hearing request an ignition-interlock restricted license.

Unless you were dealing w/ cops in Mayberry or they chose not to run your license---the officers should have known your license out of WA was suspended. NCIC is a wonderful little database used by law enforcement.
