So Wife is "arrogant" (according to OP) and Husband is adulterous (by definition). This makes Girlfriend anxious.

Zzzzzz.

Would it help to bring witnesses to prove that they didn't live together after 2010?
Thank you.
That would be an excellent question for your boyfriend to ask his attorney.

Are you really not getting this?

Excuse me? Are you here to give legal advice or to judge and insult people?
If it was not clear to you, HE LIVED ALONE after 2010 BECAUSE SHE LEFT.

I'm sorry, why are you even here then? What kind of legal help are you here to give? Looks like only to judge and make fun of people's problems.
I came to this forum so that my boyfriend didn't have to pay ridiculous money for 30 minute phone calls about nothing.

Thanks anyway for your 'amazing' help.

Your boyfriend's attorney is the one who can answer the question. Feel free to advise your boyfriend to speak to his attorney.
We are deciding if to go to court or not. He doesn't want to speak with his attorney any longer because so far all this has led nowhere except for him throwing a bunch of money on the wind. You are not helping at all, except for what you've said above regarding the complexity of the issue. I guess I better stop wasting my time.

No, HE is deciding whether or not to go to court. You are not a party to the action...it's that whole "none of your business" thing.

I've given the only real legal help that can be given to you. Specifically, that your boyfriend needs to speak with his attorney.

I haven't judged anyone, nor have I made fun of your boyfriend's legal problem.

Sorry, sometimes it's unavoidable.

You're welcome - one is glad to be of service.

About you judging - I meant the others in this thread. Besides, you liked their posts, so it shows that you're clearly enjoying this.
So that is what you are here for - to tell people that they need to get an attorney? As if it's not already been done, so far in vain.

Go to court? Shouldn't he all ready be in the midst of that to divorce her so he can marry your charming self? :D:D

Your boyfriend already HAS an attorney. As such, it's too late for me to suggest it. Furthermore, since your boyfriend is already represented, it would be improper for us to second-guess the advice that his attorney would give him. Yet furtherMORE, you are not a party to this case.
