What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Vermont

I have evicted a tenant for not paying rent. After filing all papers and serving him all notices he is out. When I went to court I filed two motions. One to get him out and one for the back rent.
I realize it may never get paid but I want it to be on his record that he owes me over $5000.00.
I need to file a "post judgement motion". Can someone direct me to an example or where I might find one.
Thanks
Steff

Credit bureaus pick up all court records. The judgment will show up on his credit.
