Illinois, I bought a used car. The dealer did not put the bank it was financed through on the contract, they did not sign the bottom of the contract, they did not sign the bill of sale. They did not sign any of the paper work. Can I

It is presumed that the one who has drafted an agreement for signing agrees to its terms. It is the other party's signature that is most important.

Have you asked the dealer the name of the finance company? Have you asked the dealer to sign the papers?

I suggest you talk to the dealer, find out the name of finance company, and have the papers signed.

Why do you want to return the car?

Because I'm disabled. And the seat is very uncomfortable. I have a cyst on my brain and the IQ of a sixth grader. The seat makes my head aches worse to the point where I vomit.
