A drive around the block, by the way, is rarely a good enough test of a used car (unless one's trusted mechanic is located around the block ).

Options can be explored with an Illinois attorney, though, if you are intent on a return and refund.

Only in this car. Never happened in my truck or my finances car which I am driving now and she is driving the new car. It has to do with the head rest does not adjust in new car and it is constantly pushing forward on my head.

I thought I explained that. You can go to the dealership for the paperwork. A legal contract was formed when you agreed to the dealership's offer by signing the contract and paying the dealership and driving away with the car.

Thank you Quincy. I'll add this.I went to another car dealership to try and get out of this car. He was seeing what he could do with the numbers etc. He then called me 2 days later and said the finance manager looked at the contract and said if they failed to put the lending banks info in and did not sign it. It can be terminated ?

You could check with an attorney in your area about the omission of the finance company's name. But the fact that the contract was unsigned generally does not make the contract invalid if the other elements of contract formation are met (which, it appears, is the case with your car purchase).
