Stabbed 2 x - police arrested and charged her on the spot -with DV II / Assult- he does not remember what happened and and she’s convinced him it was done to protect others and herself and now she trying to get him to have charges dropped and get him to request psychiatric help with if he does would support her story - if state of Alabama or County or city drop charges can we go after them or push them not to drop charges even though he does want dropped

She is probably restrained from speaking or having any contact with him at all. Someone needs to report her for violating the restraining order.

After she stabbed him his lung collapsed and was taken to emergency room - and tube was put i his side - He didn’t know they arrested her - She was jailed for mandatory 24 hrs - then her parents bailed her out - after 1 1/2 days in hospital he asked where she was at and why didn’t come to see him - we let Then let him know she had been arrested and he actually asked why - after we told him what had happened he said she would stab me unless she had valid reason and he released the block on her.

For staters if the victim has limited recall of the event then he has no basis to drop anything.

There has got to be more to this story??

Somebody need to consider that the next attack might penetrate an inch or so away in the heart!

This is second attack? Why is the actor not doing serious time ?...Was the first criminal act pursued by law enforcement?

His wife stabbed him
We are myself and his mother

We were not involved in situation until he called us on Sunday at noon - Per my step son - Sat Night started out as step son n wife n his coworkers going out for dinner and few drinks - he claims to remember upto eating at restaurant at end of night around midnight then claims woke up in hospital room - his story has slightly modified several times - sometimes with more memories and next with less.

So he wakes up in pain with chest tube to drain fluids from left side collapsed lung - hospital tells him he was stabbed two times in back one penetrating left lung

HE needs to make sure law enforcement pursues the violent actor in this case to the full extent of the law.

IT is unfortunately too common that a victim of family violence is induced to drop the point or fails to cooperate with prosecution....and when next time they wind up dead we wonder how the system failed.
