I was going to school at Utah Valley University received full tuition tthrough fasfa. When I submitted over to the college they claim I have missed paperwork and would not accept or take my fasfa no matter how many time I emailed, faxed or hand delivered. After that semester I did not return back now they are sending me to collections. Is there anything I can do ?

What paperwork were you missing and why didn't you submit it when requested?

It was a verification that the school did at random and I had submitted it multiple times during the time frame asked however they constantly said that I was missing new information

What information did the school say you were missing?

Did you include all of your parents and your financial information on your FAFSA application?

What did your Student Aid Report (SAR) say? Were you eligible for aid?
