I live in Wisconsin, my questions or situation is this. I recently got sent to collections for not paying tickets when I was younger. My problem is that I was underaged at the time and we moved around so the concept of changing your mailing address was not even in my mind. Tickets were from 2007 and 2010 now it's 2019, I feel uneasy about this whole situation and want to know if this is ok? Is there any way I can fight this in any shape or form?

How old were you when you received the tickets? What were the tickets for? Were you licensed at the time of the tickets?

Sorry for not specifying, one ticket for truancy and 2 for theft
Were you ticketed in Wisconsin or did you move out of state after the truancy and theft charges?

What have your parents said about these tickets? Didn't you have to appear in court?
