Handicap Parking in Lot

I was going to the store today and there was a vehicle on the ramp to the park I go through. The truck itself had a handicap placated. Not the fist time. What do I do about that.

I’m not clear on what you are referring to with the “ramp” referral.

By chance are you outside of the US? If so, this forum deals with US law. If within the US, which state are you located in? It does make a difference

I believe the OP is stating that the van is blocking an access ramp, although I can't tell if it's at the curb, or elsewhere.
