I disagree. The fine is for the ex's operation of the vehicle and her violation of traffic laws, not his.

As was already mentioned, in Florida red light camera violations are the responsibility of the registered owner.

Any tickets generated because of a traffic camera are sent to the registered owner at his/her last known address. Did you get the ticket in the mail?
