Rocky and Bullwinkle...watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.
I have seen a few Rocky and Bullwinkle (and Mr. Peabody) cartoons ... but apparently not all of them. Haha.

I much prefer some of the old cartoons like Rocky and Mr. Peabody to the ones my kids watch. Today the priority seems to be teaching "lessons" - and humorous content is often lacking or totally absent.

If the solicitation was a misdemeanor offense, the failure to appear can also be charged as a misdemeanor.
