Texas specific question:

I am researching a case in which the ADA recused himself from the specific case in 2014, citing conflict of interest due to personal knowledge of and interactions with the accused. However, this same ADA has been in the courtroom and interacting with the pro tem ADA throughout the entire case. I am looking for the specific Texas Statutes that govern recusal of a prosecutor and limitations of their involvement after recusal.
