I was driving straight along a neighborhood road in the white Ford Focus and a Black VW Tiguan was attempting to make a U Turn into my right of way. She hit me on my passenger side door. She claims that she was standing on the side of the road and I attempted to go around her and hit her. But as the damages seen in the photos with the large deep dent, that’s not possible and clearly she rammed into me.

What US state?

The pictures don't do anything to prove or disprove fault in the accident. If she was "standing on the side of the road", does that mean she was parked? If yes, then she failed to yield as she was leaving the curb. If she was in the road with her signal on and you passed her on the left, then it would be your fault.

Maryland. Even if she had her signal on, I had the right of way. Why am I suppose to stop in the MIDDLE of the road to let someone through from the side of the road. If she had looked she would have seen me. There were no stop signs for me expect from the road that she was attempting to make a u turn out of.

If she was in the lane, then fault lies with you. If she was truly starting from outside of the roadway, then fault lies with her. I suspect that the insurance company(ies) will feel that fault is shared, which will mean you will need to sue.

Let’s say hypothetically that even if she was in the lane and I was trying to pass to the left. The pretty deep dent on my car indicates that a corner of something or something not very wide (like a corner of a bumper) hit me at an angle. Meaning that her car had to have been at an angle in the roadway. Just like attempting to make a u turn or coming out into the roadway from a stop.

It does not matter what anyone here thinks - if you filed a claim with your insurer their's is the only opinion that counts for anything.

Actually it is possible to have the damages shown with her not moving at all. If you had been passing her and turned across the front of her car without enough room to clear her car as you turned, you could have the damages seen in the pictures. I’m not saying that is what happened but the damage as seen does not support your claim

Igor, please post a google map link to the exact location so we can figure out who was where.

The points of impact don't provide enough information for an opinion.

If she was standing on the side and I was going around to make a turn then I would have hit the curb and would’ve had damage to my bottom front end and maybe wheels, which I don’t. If she was standing on the very edge of the street to where I cut across her car to make a right turn then she would have had more damage around the front side of her bumper.

The pictures really don't prove anything except that there was a collision and I don't understand your explanation included with the map.

I was traveling “Southwest” on Greenspring valley today. By southwest I mean toward the the southwest of your phone if holding your phone Vertical. She was attempting coming from the same direction but obviously in front of me and using Greenspring way to start making her u turn to go back in the opposite direction of Greenspring valley way.
