The other party is likely going to show up photos of how you allegedly left the place, with invoices for work done, and you'll be there with... what? Your tennis racket and Trident smile?

For future reference, it is always good to have photos of the place's condition at move in and move out, plus copies of the walk through check list.

It is not clear to me, from what has been said, if tennisfan was properly served or whether he responded with an answer to the complaint. Both should be known. If he does not address improper service or answer the complaint in a timely fashion, he can lose by default.
