we are currently trying to sell out home. We do not own the property. We have a month to month lease. The property owner has the property up for sale through a realtor. Is it legal to still sell our home? The property itself is zoned for mobile homes only, therefore we assumed when a buyer actually buys the land lots for sale they would renew a lease with whoever buys our home.

Never assume anything. If you own title to the mobile home (that it has not been permanently attached to the land), then its legal for you to sell it. In fact, you should expect your lease be terminated with a month's notice sometime soon. You might want to reach out to the agent that is selling the land, to see if she wants to also handle the home. You shouldn't assume anything. Nothing says the new buyer wants the existing home on their property.

For clarity's sake are you saying that this is a mobile home park and the owner is trying to sell the entire park? Or, are you saying that the individual lots are owned by individuals and the owner of your single lot is trying to sell it?

Not mobile home park. It's a private land lot.

Yes, we do have title and it's not permanently placed here.

Then I agree that you should not have an expectation that the new owner of the land will want a renter with a mobile home on the land.
To clarify, it's five private lots each next to one another at a dead end road. There are three mobiles homes in place that are to old to move. Also without occupants

Just for the record, there will be nothing to stop you from contacting the new owner when there is one, and asking if you can continue to rent land from him or her.
