Oh, and by the way, until you get your junk out of their locker, they'll continue to assess rent and late fees. They don't have to limit their recovery of their money to your junk. They can still come after you for the balance of the unpaid rent after your junk fails to sell for the entire balance.
 


Pay or lose the stuff. It really is that simple. There's nothing else we can do for you.
The problem is I DID pay all 110 for the late fees and the past due balance on the date Specifies to pay by. I'm being told that even though I have Proof of payment for THAT day it's still counts as being payed the next day

You were two months behind. You paid and were one month behind. Another month started and now you are two months behind again.

I payed the PAST two month off I only owe for this month( September) she's charging me an extra 50 on top of my standard 60 rent so I owe her 110 again

The PROBLEM is that they hold all the cards here. You can't stand to lose the photos. If you don't pay, you lose the photos. Sure, you *might* be able to get a court or some other governmental body to chastise them at a later point, but the photos are still gone. Pay what they want, get your stuff out and STOP storing stuff at a storage facility that you can't afford.

Read your contract with the facility.

I'd also suggest that once you do pay and have acces you move your stuff out. You clearly can't afford the storage building.

Your payment WAS late. You paid after hours on the 2nd.
I guess you can just ignore it, tell them to bugger off, and recreate the photos at a later date, right?

Here's the thing: they determine "on time" as being during business hours, not all hours of the day, and it's probably in whatever agreement you signed. You don't get to define what is on time and what isn't.

Since you can't afford late fees, borrow some money, get paid up, and start to make a point of paying a day early. Then if it's after hours, you're still golden.

You're going to have to pay what they're asking to get your stuff out. Then set up your payments so it comes directly out of your checking acct at the proper time. That way you can't forget
