What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania, company in question is NYC
I signed up for my website to be added to a large ad website (a major multimillion dollar company). The company called and left me a voicemail stating the company, their name, and phone number. After they stated that, the man leaving the voicemail began moaning and stating sexually suggestive words continued by moaning loudly. This continued for a full minute before hanging up. Is there any legal ramifications from this?

1. Cancel whatever you signed up for. 2. Call the most senior person you can get 'hold of there and play that moaning for him/her. Explain that this is why you refuse to be their customer. 3. Understand that you won't get any $ out of this.

Maybe the caller thought he had hung up but hadn't and was then taking care of other "business".
