What is the name of your state? North Carolina
Joe filed complaint against me, then I filed answer.
Then Joe filed 'Strike for Answer' saying something not right in my answer.

Should I required to answer this 'Strike for Answer' in a month?
Or just wait court to decide if this 'Strike for Answer' is okay, and I can answer it when the court discuss it?
