I live in Florida. I was recently caught shoplifting about $100 worth of stuff by not scanning all items at self check out. I have to see the state attorney tomorrow, what should I say to not have to go to court?

What did your attorney say when you asked this question? You did hire an attorney, didn't you?

I am not sure there is anything you can say that guarantees you will not have to appear in court.
