Hello, I'm about to launch an app in which the users can transmit the screen of their android phones and then see it in a browser. It is used mainly for demonstrations. It also transmits the audio captured by the microphone.
This audio and video are broadcasted through a media server which I have to contract.

My questions are regarding about legal aspects that I am worried about:
  1. What happens if any user transmitted content with copyright, like videos from Netflix, Youtube, etc... will I be responsible for that? How can I protect myself against that?
  2. What happens if any user transmitted illegal content, like pornography, aggressions...? I have to take any legal protection against this?
Any help will be highly appreciated, Thanks.

You will want to consult with an attorney in your area. You would be offered some protection from infringing content provided by others but this immunity is not absolute and you can be named in a lawsuit even if you have a defense to the suit.

It sounds like you are going into business with this idea, which means you need the two essentials before you go any further, an accountant and an attorney.

Agreed. There are enough legal issues raised by the app that there should be a professional review by a lawyer prior to its launch.
