I believe you are diverting the matter and the issue I am asking about. My rental is damaged and the court fined the former tenant. I am asking about the tenant buying properties using some hidden money. I am asking about the validity of that hidden money. I believe you are asking that I must provide why I did not get insurance money for the damages to that property, and I believe you are saying that I will not get get an answer unless I provide what you asked. I will not provide that.

No. I don't care if you answer or not. I ask about insurance because that's my field and, depending on the type of insurance, you might have considerably mitigated your losses by looking toward your insurance. And, depending on how long ago this all happened, might not be too late to do so. You don't want to talk about insurance, fine, don't talk about insurance.

Did you actually make a claim on your insurance and get denied?



That's odd.

Unless you were suing your insurance company there shouldn't have been any ruling by the court with regards to insurance.

It is possible that they were underinsured, or that the insurance had lapsed.
