Hi all,

I recently worked for a bully boss. I was terminated last week. I found out today that my boss, allegedly inadvertently, saved my termination letter to the "county letterhead" shortcut, essentially giving my termination letter to the entire agency. Evidently many people were aware of my termination before I was. Do I have any legal recourse?

Thank you so much for your time.

Based on the facts you have provided, no, you do not have any legal recourse. While not a very professional thing for your boss to do and I completely understand why you're upset, what he did does not violate any laws or protected rights.
